Outdoor Sales Executive
Salary – AED 3250 to AED 4000 + Attractive Incentives
• Minimum 1+ years of strategic sales experience in a business-to business sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Able to travel frequently as required of the job
• Any BA/Bcom/BE degree or equivalent
• Outdoor sales experience in Telecom, Finance is preferable
Tele Sales Team Leader
• Salary – AED 5000 to AED 6000 + Attractive Incentives
• Minimum 3+ years of Telesales Team Leader experience in Telecom Product Sales.
• Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve the monthly assigned Revenue and Product target of telesales team.
• Train and guide sales staff to achieve their assigned target and supervise their daily work.
• Need to assess the staff performance and provide regular coaching sessions.
• Manage the sales pipeline properly to achieve the numbers.
• Good Interpersonal and Conflict Management Skills with Positive attitude to handle team effectively.
