الوصف الوظيفي -Should be below 30-Year-old Good communication and time-management skills Good work experience on Windows, MAC systems, IP phones, Servers, Routers/Firewalls and other IT peripherals Good work experience on IT security, backup scenarios and disaster recovery solutions Good understanding on Windows servers, virtualization, different cloud services Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus Act as the primary liaison between company and multiple customers Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance Motivation to learn new skills and technologies Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent NB: If the above job description doesn’t match with your profile, please do not apply for this position.
