Job Description: Lead the development the human resources department and the financial departments effectively To supervise the general performance of the employees of the subordinate departments and to follow up on human resources programs aimed at evaluating their performance, developing, motivating, and encouraging them and maintain them in the institution General supervision of the progress of operations and procedures in the affiliated departments and ensuring compliance with all regulations, rules and policies approved in the institution Supervising the level of services provided in affiliated departments in terms of quality, accuracy, and effectiveness, and making proposals related to the development of workflow and procedures followed Coordinating between its organizational units, supervising their performance, and submitting periodic reports on the progress of work in them to the Director General المهارات Open to Arabic nationals Graduate of MBA/PhD/Master’s Degree/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Education & Teaching 50 years old and below At least minimum of 10 years related work experience in the same role Immediate joiners will be prioritized تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/executive-director-4451261/ |
