Looking for a superstar to join our team who has been a rockstar in the Hospitality and the F&B;industry of the UAE. You will lead in creating and executing some of the freshest and most delicious F&B;concepts within the country. You will have previously delivered new concepts to the region (not necessarily Dubai) and you will have a naturally innovative personality along with being a real go getter. You will want to see projects through from start to finish, with the most cost efficient scenarios in mind. You will bring a diverse mindset to a very small (for now) team along with the ability to “sell” your ideas to the investment board. You will be an out of the box, nothing is to weird thinker.
What you’ll do:
Develop a market plan for F&B;across Dubai and the UAE
Scope concepts and present the ideas to the board
Liaise with overseas F&B;trades to bring them to the UAE
Create the concept from start to finish for each project inc finance, location, development plans, training and opening.
Create budgets and forecasts for F&B;Concepts
Plan locations and advise on delivery/online methodology
Assist in hiring and training Hospitality employees
Analyzing and forecasting F&B;and Restaurant trends within the UAE market
Negotiating contracts with suppliers
Negotiating contracts with hospitality venues
Providing strategies in driving business growth
Analyzing key metrics to implement F&B;Solutions
Create reports and key insights based on F&B;Performance
المهارات
Requirements:
Must have a minimum 2-4 years’ experience in hospitality industry
Must have knowledge of the Casual Dine & QSR industry
Must have knowledge of the UAE Hospitality landscape
Must have connections within the Hospitality landscape of the UAE
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Must be self-motivated and proactive
