We are looking for an Executive Chef for the opening of a new Mediterranean, fusion premium High-end Café and Patisserie restaurant in Dubai for a well know international restaurant brand.
This role will involve finalizing the menu/Concept with the international team and the position will grow into a group executive chef for this new brand with confirmed opening in London and Riyadh within the next ten month.
Menu engineering, opening and management of large brigade experience is essential. Fine dining, premium restaurant experience is also paramount. If interested,
