We have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor
Job Responsibilities
• Pre-Contract:
• Cost estimation,
• Take off quantities,
• Prepare BOQ and specification as per the approved standard on assigned projects
• Tender documentation,
• Post-Contract:
• Certify Contractors payment,
• Valuation of variation
Qualification
• Degree / diploma in Quantity Survey or Civil Engineering.
• Flexible and handle multi task of works.
• Hardworking, team player, and good in time management.
• Solid computer skills are required Cad, EXCEL, MS WORD, Cost X, Plan Swift and other related quantity surveying and estimation software’s
• Preferable: Knowledge in Revit
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in UAE and 3 years in Consultancy
