Job Posting - Professional Pet Groomer

We are a fun family MOBILE pet grooming company looking for a Professional Pet Groomer to groom and care for fur friends such as dogs, cats, rabbits, birds at the likes. 

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, hard-working, and dynamic individuals to grow with us and be a part of our newly family-run pet grooming company here in Dubai.

What we’re looking for:

Positive and cheerful outlook individual
Minimum 3 years pet grooming experience
Ambitious, patient, and passionate about working with animals
Reliable, well-organized with excellent time management skills
Caring and attentive to animals and teammates
Practice good hygiene of the workplace and environment
Willing to do overtime when needed
Must have proven track record

Skills & Competencies

We also look for pet-groomers with the following skills:

• Grooming skills

The ability to groom different breeds of pets including dogs, cats, birds and rabbits according to their hair types.
Various styles for specific breeds.
On-trend styles that customers might request for different coat types and their individual needs.
· Interpersonal skills - The ability to manage customer/pet handling for on spontaneous issues.

· Analytical skills - The ability to assess the behavior and condition of each pet.

· Physical and mental stamina - The ability to groom large, overly excited, or frightened pets without injuring the animals or getting hurt yourself.

· Familiarity with animal behavior - The ability to determine an animal’s behavior and use techniques, such as a treat, to keep them calm and safe.

· Common Health knowledge - The ability to recognize common illnesses, such as skin disorders, watery eyes and nose possibly due to allergies, or a sprain.

· Good Work Attics - Must be punctual, honest, dedicated and friendly
