Job Description
HOM Real Estate is looking for dynamic, self-organized, and driven individuals to take part in a growing team. The position that we are currently looking to fulfill is for a junior property consultant. Prior experience is a plus however newcomers who find the real estate industry challenging enough to consider being part of it are welcome to apply.
المهارات
The main characteristics that are required for this job are as follows:
Great interpersonal and communication skills
second language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi) is a plus.
Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of CRM is a plus
General market knowledge is required.
Job responsibilities
Source leads - buyers/sellers and properties
Maintain regular contact with investors, clients, and developers
Advice and discuss potential opportunities of property services to the clients to identify needs.
