Gerab is looking to hire for Desktop Support Engineers in Dubai.
Qualification & Experience:
• 3-4 years’ experience in Desktop Support role in UAE/GCC.
• Desktop and laptop support for hardware and OS.
• Hardware troubleshooting knowledge, installation and troubleshooting of Printers, Scanners, Biometric Barcode Scanners.
• Basic networking knowledge for handling L1 support on networking devices like switches, routers, firewalls, O365, and other healthcare-related applications.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills on-site / remotely.
