Technical Project Manager Lead
Job Responsibilities-
• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and scope of work documents in reference to awarded and/or in-pipeline projects.
• Develop and maintain projects schedules, track the progress, record, and communication any variance well in advance.
• Advanced planning of the upcoming projects tasks & activities by ensuring all prerequisites are met.
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
• Strong analytical capabilities in defining and classifying technical issues and assigning them to the respective team for resolution.
• Ensure adequate risk identification across the project life cycle, developing and executing the appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Possession of strong technical capabilities and understanding in the fields of Internet of Things, Networking, Cloud Computing, Software Development, System Architecture, Software Integrations, UI/UX and technical data analysis.
• Sound communication skills and the capability to maintain healthy customer relationships and ensure effective engagement during the project lifecycle.
• Work under limited supervision by taking full accountability of deliverables
Minimum Requirements-
• 10+ years of Project Management experience in delivering medium & large scale Projects in the fields of IT, Software & IoT, using AGILE methodologies
• 5+ years of Digital Technology exposure such as, but not limited to, Digital Transformation, Application Development, Cloud Computing, IoT and AI/ML
• Ability to comprehend & communicate technical language to both Internal(Architects, Engineering & Operations teams) & External stakeholders(such Customer end Technical teams)
• Well versed with Connectivity technologies such as 5G, MPLS, M2M, NBIoT, Sigfox, LoRaWAN & Integration technologies such as APIs, Middleware
• Adept in creating Project Reports(including C-level), Use Cases, Technical Documents, Design documents, Test Plans, Process Documents
• Proficient Procurement (process POs, Invoicing, Payments etc.) & Vendor Management skills
• Holds relevant certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master, ITIL
