الوصف الوظيفي We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Channel Program Manager - SPS MERTA to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The SPS Channel Program Manager role resides within the Marketing team and is focused on the engagement and enablement of Honeywell SPS channel partner network across MERTA, by leading the localization and deployment of Honeywell global channel programs in the region, developing, and consolidating the marketing tools for the partners, including policies, financials, T&Cs;, promotions, online tools and portals, training and certification, advanced sales analytics, and channel performance. You will be responsible for monitoring and driving the partner mix to deliver revenue and margin targets, as well as identifying and contributing to the proper flow of communications within the partner community including conducting periodical satisfaction surveys within the region. You will ensure the maintenance of the most effective channel infrastructure and database that enables partner profiling and information management (SFDC and PRM), tracking channel performance and progress for all partner tiers and types. As a Channel Development Manager, you will define and facilitate the regional META promotions process in conjunction with Product Marketing & Sales Teams by developing the needed documents and tracking ROI. You will evaluate channel enhancement and improvement areas such as the development of special programs addressing specific partner expertise such as the ISV Program. You will work closely with other members of the marketing organization and sales teams including channel sales, regional marketing, product marketing, as well as the regional management team. Some amount of travel will be required during program planning or reviewing phases. What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day? · CHANNEL PROGRAM: lead the MERTA implementation and deployment of the Channel Program o Ensure partner onboarding process is properly defined and communicated, delivering a 5-star Partner experience aligned with legal, compliance, finance, and regional leaders o Create and distribute legal letters, agreements and policies as needed o Define the Partner Program Dashboard requirements and deliver them into a user-friendly format o Create dashboards to support the marketing and sales team, including Marketing Development Funds ROI tracking, promotions ROI tracking, and tracking by technology, financial analysis o Identify and implement program enhancements o Define the channel communications strategy, and maintain the channel editorial calendar and process across all stakeholders o Ensure the delivery of channel communications to the partner community via MARCOM o Own the META instance and evolution of the Partner portal. Coordinate and contribute to ongoing content generation and content maintenance o Ensure comprehensive training and communication to the sales and marketing teams along with presentation materials to be used with partners o Provide regular registration and revenue updates to sales and review the progress with the local teams o Monitor rebate payments and relative communication to the partners o Contribute to the development and implementation of Channel Excellence global dashboards o Together with the Channel sales teams, manage the channel contacts database (SFDC and PRM) to ensure it is effectively segmented and up to date for communications o Contribute to and own the marketing tools, programs and tactics, that enable the channel sales organization, distributors and top-tier partners to meet their sales goals o Evaluate program trends and results and provide analysis and recommendations to management o Work with Sales to develop and execute channel surveys, profiling and analysis o Develop special initiatives to exploit competitors’ channel or product weaknesses to meet growth objectives · MDFs: support Channel Marketing with reporting on META MDF funds allocation and forecast to deliver maximum ROI, establishing metrics to guide investments o Ensure proper functionalities in SFDC to deliver 5 star partner experience o Deliver partner training sessions o Ensure accurate budget management and clarity for the regional marketing team Provide full and detailed analysis of marketing spend, by funding type and activity type, vs partner revenue and growth · PROMOTIONS: own the promotion approval process and propose initiatives to drive growth in target products, DEs, regions and partner segments, constantly tracking ROI o Define and maintain the Promotions Process that enables regional teams to submit specific promo requests and track results, training all stakeholders o Coordinate promotion requests and ensure the process is running smoothly o Provide regular updates on ongoing promotions to the relevant sales team and jointly identify next steps المهارات · Bachelor’s degree required · Experience in a B2B channel programs environment · Program management experience across multiple teams · The ability to build consensus across disparate groups · Data driven; creative thinker coupled with advanced analytical skills · Project management skills.
