Home Engine Automation LLC looking for Junior Estimator in Dubai – UAE
Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduation (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Communication) -Bachelors in Engineering will be preferred.
• Minimum Experience in Designing and Estimation: 1-3years.
• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Smart Home/ELV systems will be an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Techno Commercial Offer.
• Manages the Estimation, Contracts Preparation, Variation Preparation, Cost Control and Progress Valuation.
• Reading and understanding all relevant drawings.
• Supporting the sales and project teams in preparing switch layouts and initial AutoCAD shop drawings.
• Enquiry Log Creation, Maintain and Update.
• Provide a report on a monthly basis for Inquiry vs. Quote, a number of quotes, and value for analysis.
• Maintain Supplier database.
• Product selection to meet project specifications in coordination with a respective Salesperson.
• Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and re-directing calls as required.
• Taking MoM.
• General office management and provide administrative support.
• Working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company.
• Ensuring documentation integrity.
• Controlling access to documents.
• Proficiency with scanning and administrative technology.
• Good interpersonal skills.
