Hamptons International is looking for high performing Off Plan Sales specialists to join our award-winning team.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record selling new homes from Emaar Properties, and other major developers, and be recognized as an A player within their company or rising star.
Your core focus will be generating new business against Primary Sales volume and revenue targets with major emphasis on Emaar Properties off-plan launches, tempo and inventory sales.
In 2021 we have been recognized for our top performance and closed over AED 1 billion sales with many deals generated from company marketing; we are aiming to recruit only the very best sales professionals to help us grow and lead the charge into 2022!
About you:
• Experienced off Plan Sales specialist with track record on Primary sales with leading developers.
• Proven ability to build relationships with VIP clients and high net worth investors, closing bulk deals and large transactions
• Seen as a trusted advisor, able to build rapport with clients of all nationalities on the phone and via face to face / online meetings
• Excellent organizational skills with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High conversion ratios, transacting regularly from company marketing and generating own leads from multiple channels
• Skillful networker able to generate referrals from existing clients and channel partners, both locally and in international markets
• Expert knowledge of Dubai real estate market, communities and end user/ investment options; deep connections with major developers
• Social media and tech savvy, developing own personal brand via posts and video. Nurturing client relationships, educating, and informing.
• Able to operate in a corporate environment with high professional standards and processes
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, RERA certified. English is a must, a second language is a plus
