الوصف الوظيفي · Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance · Handling insurance-related issues · Administration of all labor contract · Generate Purchase orders for everything related to HR and Admin · Hotel and ticket reservations / raise PO accordingly · Updating regularly of communication channels · Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality · Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee · Following up on new cards · Following up on cancelation requests · Monitor and notify for expiry dates Trade license, registrations, rent, policies, DEWA and DU contracts · Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal · Collect the asset list from Finance and maintain and update accordingly المهارات · Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field · 1-2 years of Admin experience preferred · Excellent organizational and time management skills · Comfortable making decisions independently · Proficient in Microsoft Office · Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/hr-admin-4471682/ |
