Summary (Sales Manager - Dubai):
Exploring the market of mud/drilling fluid chemicals in GCC region. Plan and implement sales, both short and long term targets toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Responsibilities :
Drive and meet the sales targets outlined for GCC market on a monthly basis
Identifying the key oilfield chemical products being used by the drilling companies( end user ) in GCC Market
Engage with Purchase team of drilling companies and sell Oren chemical Products
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Act as a bridge between Oren Tech team and end users
Gather data related to supply / demand of oil field products in GCC market
Analyze market data on and provide tangible inputs to management on planning, production, sales etc.
Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
Oversee and evaluate market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Guide preparation of sales reports and presents to executive management.
Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Demonstrated in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principles. Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external customers

Engaging with existing and new clients in Iraqi market for sale of drilling fluids or mud chemicals. Plan and implement sales, both short and long term targets toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates
Responsibilities:
Drive and meet the sales targets outlined for Iraqi market on a monthly basis
Identifying the key oilfield chemical products being used by the drilling companies( end user ) in North African Market
Engage with Purchase team of drilling companies and sell Oren chemical Products
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Coordinates liaison with supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries to clients
Follow up on receivables from clients
Act as a bridge between Oren Tech team and end users
Gather data related to supply / demand of oil field products in North African market
Analyze market data on and provide tangible inputs to management on planning, production, sales etc.
Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
Oversee and evaluate market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive.
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Guide preparation of sales reports and presents to executive management.
Demonstrated in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principles.
Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external customers.
المهارات
Qualifications (Sales Manager - Dubai, UAE)
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA will be an added advantage
Minimum eight (8) years of experience in sales in chemical company or operations in an oil drilling company (service company) preferably with mud engineering experience
Must have the ability and technical knowledge necessary to create effective and persuasive programs, presentations, technical recommendations and performance reports and recaps.
Ability to work under high pressure and be result oriented
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior leaders
Extensive travel in area of responsibility will be required
Excellent customer relations skills and sales ability
Good organizational skills and ability to put together technical presentations
Ability to work in a multi-task, high paced environment, be self-directed and motivated, able to prioritize responsibilities, coordinate on-going projects, provide precise attention to detail
Must be able to work well with other groups and field operations
Qualifications (Sales Manager - Basra, Iraq)
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA will be an added advantage
Minimum five (5) years of experience in Chemical sales or operations in an oil drilling company (service company) preferably with mud engineering experience or chemical company
Aware about consumers of drilling fluids in Iraq
Years of sales experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior leaders
Extensive travel in area of responsibility will be required
