• Professional Qualification (Bachelor – Electrical / Mechanical)
• A minimum 7 years of experience in the industry and 2 years in the current role
Key role of this position:
• Manage delivery of quality service, focusing on customer satisfaction, company vision, Goats, statutory requirement, strategic and contingency planning,
• Focus on energy conservation, cost saving managing financial budget and well versed with IMS policies and procedures
• Effective client, Asset, subcontracts, and staff management including meeting SLA and KPI
• Proficient in generating operation, incident and technical reports and assist on project bidding
• Team development and staff trading
