Bookings & Project Coordinator at OPM Sounds

الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for an organized and positive person, who is able to handle various simultaneous customer facing tasks.

DJ and Artist bookings management
Daily coordination tasks assigned by management
DJ Equipment Rentals coordination / Warehouse management
(sound engineer tasks in evenings (extra pay))

You would work from home and visit an office 1-2 twice a week.

For a good candidate visa arrangement is possible, but a freelancer is preferred.

المهارات
Necessary Skills

Good English skills (spoken and written)

Customer Service experience 1-5 years

Bookings management / or similar experience 1-2 years

Interest in Entertainment industry and learning some simple sound engineering tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in DJ /Entertainment agency

Ability to use and connect DJ/ equipment and musical instruments (=sound engineering skills)

Car to transfer DJ equipment (higher salary for candidates with a car)
