We are looking for experienced Tenant Contracts Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain records of all lease contracts to tenants and keep them up to date
• Recording tenant contracts, receiving cheque / cash from them and delivering them to the accounts department
• Follow up on returned cheque
• Follow up the violations of tenants who are late in paying their dues
• Making of Ejari Contracts
• Submitting periodic reports on leasing activities
• Follow up on renting vacant units
• Follow up on the collection of tenants checks
Requirement:
• Education: Minimum Bachelor
• Experience: 4-5 Years UAE Real Estate industry
