Hiring Sales Executive - Back office
Roles and responsibilities:-
• Implement enabling technologies and sales systems interfaces. Support system development implementation and enhancement.
• Investigate sales channels requirements and proactively propose improved solutions.
• Working with stakeholders with the business to ensure handled projects are developed and executed accurately l, efficiently, within budget and on time.
• Communicate frequently and clearly with internal customers to ensure alignment and buy in, with benefits and updates are clearly understood.
• Identify system issue and address them with IT, if further development is required.
• Provide PLC project support when required
• Escalating if required and Highlighting implications to the project deliverables/ outcome
• Performing regular visit to sales POS for discovering an opportunity to develop / enhance CRM systems to satisfy the End user needs and enhance customer Experience
• Maintains the status report for all the major strategy projects and reporting the same to management regularly.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role in handling Technical projects and working knowledge of project management tools
