Head of Sales – Real Estate (European)
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve the organizational monthly, quarterly and annual sales / leasing targets.
• Responsible for achieving sales revenue targets as per business plan
• Drive overall sales and leasing activities
• Manage sales team, Sales planning, marketing, client engagement, and recruiting, training, coaching and business development.
• Prepare trainings to develop product knowledge, sales presentation, sales skills and closing technique of the team.
• Conducting market research to build awareness and knowledge of property market and the company’s key competitors
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a head of Sales Real Estate / Property Development industry.
• Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate developments.
• Experience in building and managing a productive sales team
• In-depth understanding and knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Market, communities and developers
• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
• RERA license preferred
• Must have valid UAE Driving license
