• Title Transfer completed accurately
• Accurate receipts and hiyaza sent via email
• Customer Handling
Pending QA - Follow up on a daily basis with the inspector/branch for vehicles not received for quality inspection within 12hrs post PO generation in CRM. Update ops team if vehicle not received from the seller.
Quality Inspection - Ensure vehicles are inspected then verified in CRM.
QA Rejection - Send notification to ops team and copying stakeholders.
Take initiative and act proactively to get a quick response on the minor
rectification of issues found in the vehicle.
