Job Description:-
Receipt and Review of RFQ documents .
Preparing competitive estimation & technically compliant Proposals in-line with RFQ for all major Industry segments for Process equipment and Process Packages such as Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, columns, skids [ Deaerator, GDU, TEG, MEG, Metering , WTP, STP etc] , Flare systems, piping, structurals etc.
Prepare preliminary mechanical calculations for Downstream Segment products before bidding
Develop alternative sources for cost reduction/ new product enquiries
Timely responding to TQs/ commercial clarifications/ Client meetings/ follow-up/ Order receipt/ Contract review.
Interact with other departments, suppliers and customers to work out accurate output
Submission of additional claims for the additional requirements of the project.
Arranging kick off meetings for the newly awarded PO.
Development of new Estimation/proposal for fast turn-around of Bids before deadline.
Develop alternative sources for cost reduction/ Sourcing of components for new product enquiries
Interact with other departments, suppliers and customers to work out accurate estimation/ Proposal.
Providing cost effective/ alternative solutions in Bids.
Submitting PQ documents/ Participate in Shop audits/ developing new customers.
Reporting to the Sales Manager/ HOD.
Any other roles and responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
