As a Sales Executive, you will be a driven sales professional who excels in telephonic sales and are consistently able to close deals. You will be responsible to manage daily leads and generate sales for the company while maintaining good customer relationships.
In this role, you will:
• Drive the entire sales cycle from leads management to closing deals.
• Prospecting customers from various sources from cold, warm & hot leads.
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services using scripts and existing product details.
• Understand customer needs and close sales based on requirements.
• Cross selling of products to prospective customers based on available inventory.
• Draft and deliver product information via bulk Email to un-answered call leads
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales and calling reports.
• Provide feedback to management on ways to improve sales and inventory turnover
• Be energetic and a positive representative of the company and its brand over calls.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information for customer profiling
