Hiring Receivables Accountant (Female based in Abu Dhabi)
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification of bachelor’s in commerce/accounting.
• Experience of at least 3-4 Years in handling accounts receivables’ full function from invoicing stage till reconciling customer accounts, receiving payments and closing invoices in the system.
• Knowledge of basic accounting in terms collecting, identifying, classifying and correctly booking/recording of accounting transactions in ERP, especially for receivables.
• Analytical and excel skills, especially in V/H lookups, pivot table, charts and data tools and must be fluently able to apply these excel techniques in reconciling receivable account and preparing summary reports.
• Hands on experience in reputable ERP systems, preferably “Focus ERP/Conventional”.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with customers over phone and emails to discuss, negotiate and enforce settlement of receivables as per credit terms.
