الوصف الوظيفي The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall project management and coordination. He or she will also be responsible for designing and controlling project schedules and liaising with clients to determine project’s objectives. Responsibilities: Monitoring the daily progress of projects Must have the depth knowledge of project management life cycles Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value. Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives Delegating tasks to team members. Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities. Looking for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible. Ensuring deadlines are met. Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings. Providing administrative support. Organising project team meetings and recording minutes. المهارات Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field 2+ years’ experience in project management or administrative assistance preferably in IT or Banking Industry. Must be flexible with work location either in Dubai or Abu Dhabi Computer Proficiency – should have advanced proficiency in MS Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Customer service skills – knowledge of dealing with a clients / stakeholders / employee on a regular basis Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Attention to detail Should be familiar with all aspect of project management, such as budgeting and scheduling, and exercise strong time management skills. Ability to work independently as needed, manage teams and apply analytical skills are crucial.
