Manage Park daily operations to provide superior customer service, maximize revenue, enhance visitor

experience, dealing with suppliers and support the mission of the Park.

The Operations Manager shall coordinate and oversee the company’s operations.

The role holder shall ensure day to day operations, set up management processes and implement

best practices. The specific duties of an operations manager include formulating methods, improving

performance, procuring material, resources, securing compliance & ensuring quality of service.

Qualifications and experience requirements

Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role – min 5 years
Experience as operations Manager in the following fields: animal parks & reserves, wildlife tourism, game view lodge and hospitality
Proven project management skills, PMP certification is a plus
Experience in budgeting and forecasting
Leadership & communication skills
