Position available for Sales Manager in the Produce division (Food Stuff Products etc.)
Job Scope:
• Manage a team of Area Managers / Sales Executives / Merchandisers to achieve sales and collection targets and maximize return on investment (ROI) as assigned by line manager.
• Identify and upon approval, implement programs and initiatives across all stores to develop, sustain the organization’s competitive position within the industry.
• Help organization product, agency sourcing - to improve overall sale by following and executing the 4Ps of respective brands by channel/ customer.
• Coordinate with customers and warehouse for stock clearance and manage customer issues in a timely manner.
• Able to present company & improve market share within retail trade business.
• Liaise between Principals and Zak for stronger relationships.
Experience required:
• Minimum: 5Years’ experience in FMCG / Retail / Trade operations, total supply chain operations in UAE.
• Keen awareness of market trends, business models and community needs, wants and desires
• Experience in analyzing retail KPIs and present in the form of charts and graphs
• In-depth knowledge of governmental rules and regulations as applicable to Trade & Distribution business
• Proficiency in communicating in English
