Your Role: Should be able to build and develop brand awareness and goodwill of the brand across the consumer and trade sectors. Identify the consumer insights and build on the brand positioning and campaign promotions. Responsible for planning and managing the marketing budget allotted. Build strategic relationships with key industry players. The candidate would be responsible for product launch in the B2B segments, covering a wide range of activities such as alignment & close coordination with R&D;in managing the product development process from concept phase to post-launch analysis. Initializing and responsible for product branding, creative work, packaging, labeling, etc.
المهارات
Must-Have: 6-8 years of experience in Marketing ideally in the FMCG industry. Strong communication and analytical skills are required. Demonstrate a record of success in delivering KPIs. Result-oriented and a team player.
