Logistics Executive at Caliber Brands FZE
Brief Description: To efficiently manage the Import-Export Collaboration between Supplying factories, our logistics partner, and Import Customers.
Key Metrics:
• Coordinating with the forwarder/clearing agents for Custom clearing and receipt of Import shipments in a timely cost-effective manner.
• Execution of export documentation requirements for shipment from China/Jebel Ali to import customer’s destination, which may include Letter of Credit shipmen and etc.
• Ensure that all documentation meets export/bank regulations without any discrepancies.
• Preparing documents from Chamber of commerce and Attestations if required.
• Follow up with customers and freight forwarders for Import/Export shipments and must know the status of all shipments at all times.
• Complete management of shipments and stocks with updated status daily.
• Daily management of receivables/payables.
• Daily update and reporting in the company’s reporting structure.
• Coordination with Logistics Team, Sales & Marketing team, Finance team of all stakeholders to facilitate and grow business.
• Learning product line up to have well understanding of the product.
• Demonstrate an ability to handle negotiations and problem solving ability, excellent communication skills (English)
• Excellent with Microsoft Office and Tally.
• Experience & Background: +5 years logistic background required in the relevant profile.
• Must-Have: Attitude to learn & grow in a hyper-growth business environment.
