Job Description
As a Vessel post fixture operator, you will be working with the existing team to manage all post fixture activities and support the activities of the broking team.
You will be involved with the following activities:
Assist clients (owners / charterers) in timely manner to adhere to their charter party requirements. (Such as hire payments, Delivery – Redelivery notices)
Day to day prompt communication with clients (owners / charterers)
Settlement / closure of files with clients (owners / charterers)
· Liaise with clients on resolution processes for post-fixture issues.
Invoicing brokering commission.
Recording all the facts regarding each voyage
Support commercial brokers team on commercial/marketing activities
Cargo trade analysis
Create and update and send out regular reports

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills’
Good command of spoken and written English (Preferred multilingual skills)
Ability to work Independently.
Flexibility and ability to adapt and learn
