RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will be responsible for the conducting, concluding, marketing and business development of ship brokering business in Handy / Supramax / Panamax segment for DRY bulk shipping which include actively negotiating vessel / cargoes, handling charter and tender agreements
Identify potential revenue opportunities in sectors such as resources, agricultural, energy, trading and engineering
Establish excellent working relationship with clients
Develop and implement marketing and ship brokering strategies to provide integrated services to meet client’s requirements
Monitor market conditions and chartering rates in the industry and reporting of major contracts and outcomes of tender awards
Develop, negotiate and ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of all finalized terms of projects and business.
Ensuring close coordination with the operations team on voyage execution

Excellent communication and inter-personal skill
Good command of spoken and written English (Preferred Arabic, as well)
