Specific Requirements / Skills:
• Management Degree in related field
• Demonstrated success in project management and team execution
• Proven track record of hands-on experience closing direct sales deals
• Excellent planning and analysis skills for assessment of potential business opportunities
• Excellent communications skills in English
• Job Type: BPO
Competencies:
• Generate new businesses with focus on large enterprise accounts and direct sales to customers
• Leverage the increasing customer base to generate continues repeat sales
• Manage a large customer base
• Responsible for revenue forecasts and achieving quotas
• Develops strategic plan by studying technical and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
• Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
• Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
