Tenure: 1 year
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing and content management
• Work with manager to design, implement, test, and scale paid advertising campaigns and double down on success on all key online advertising channels.
• Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Retention: An in-depth understanding of the full talent life cycle. Preferable with bulk hires.
• Social, Search and Media: Planning and managing organic and paid outreach as well as expertise in a multitude of changing platforms.
• A corporate professional background is preferred.
• A mix between corporate and media agency background is a good to have.
