الوصف الوظيفي Business Administration, Supply Chain Job description: - Act as single point of contact between Customer, Sales Manager, Production plants and cross functional departments to fulfill customer orders - Collecting and managing customer orders in SAP - Work closely with Sales, Logistics and finance team on keeping orders updated. - Maintaining the internal sales database - Assisting the sales team with analysis and presentations - Be able to handle customer and sales inquiries regarding order status or complaint resolution via email and phone. This would include pricing issues, shipping errors and other related issues as needed and handled with a sense of urgency. - Develop, prepare and distribute standard and customized internal and customer reports. Key Requirements: · 3 plus years of relevant customer order management, account management or in the supply chain field, with strong attention to detail and customer focus. · Computer literacy: Intermediate to advanced computer skills with the ability to use office applications (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) · SAP proficiency is a plus · Fluent in English. French and Italian are a plus. · Excellent administrative and organization skills · Experience with sales order processing - understanding the flow from order entry to invoice and warehouse dispatch · High attention to details · Outstanding customer service skills المهارات · SAP proficiency is a plus · Fluent in English.
