Process work order in the system and send sales order confirmation to customers
Prepare and send pro-forma, tax invoice, receipt, and delivery order for walk-in and general customers
Manage petty cash and cash, cheque, credit card payments and record it in the system
Arrange collection of payments and documents via courier
Create receipts for the downloaded transfer advice and forward it to the customers with a copy to accounts and procurement department
Create online payment link and send it to customers
Inform procurement department that payment conditions have been met to process purchase order
Follow up with accounts and sales head for approval of purchase order if urgent or delay observed
Follow up with customers for advance payment and overdue payment receivables
Inform customers about the status of their orders
Enter vendor bills in the system
Inform and give necessary details to procurement department for warranty claims
Inform logistics coordinator to fulfill the order once payment conditions have been met
Manage schedules of technical team for installations, complaint handling, site visits, project delays
Manage technical team for successful meeting of deadlines
Ensure the distribution of timely and accurate information to appropriate personnel
Prepare warranty letters, contracts, etc.
Take innovative measures for customer happiness from first interaction until last interaction with the company
Other job-related tasks that may be assigned
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent English Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Proven work experience in management, operations, and customer service
Strong Leadership Skills
Ability to prioritize and solve problems
Great attention to details
Willingness to learn
A team player with high level of dedication
