Accountants

We are currently hiring Accountants (AP & AR) Oracle ERP in Dubai – one of the biggest conglomerates in the region.
Those roles will be a part of central accounting function and support operational activities on the group level as well as support data migration projects for the new Oracle ERP Fusion implementation.
Those positions are a contract roles with an initial duration of 5 months and are renewable.
We are looking for a support in 2 different teams with specific requirements:
Accounting Operations team - Key responsibilities:
• Perform Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables operational duties
• Bank reconciliation
• General Ledger closing
• Working by using Oracle EBS R 12 system
Accounting Data Migration team - Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for data migration, validation, and cleansing in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Data gathering and communication with stakeholders in accounting department.
• Involved in Data Migration to Oracle Fusion version.
• Perform Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables operational duties
• Reconciliation between GL and Sub-ledgers
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or similar.
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in a finance function as an Accountant (AR, AP, Bank Reconciliation, GL, Sub ledger, Receipt Accounting).
• Hands-on experience with accounting system migration preferably to an Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Experience in Data Migration, validation, and cleansing
• Experience with reconciliation between General and Sub Ledgers
• Mandatory prior experience in Accounts Receivables.
