Duties will include:
• Tracking and managing inventory to ensure food cost control
• Purchasing inventory and raw material and negotiating credit terms
• Analyzing stock requirements through yield management
• Controlling wastage and maintaining portion control
• Controlling internal wastage or theft
• Daily and weekly reporting
• Maintaining a good relationship with suppliers
