Role Purpose:
The key purpose of the Content Curator role is to build brand identity and brand presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia/ multichannel above-the-line and below-the-line marketing content. The scope of work extends from formulating the content strategy along with the Director - Online Trade, creating, producing and publishing content as well as using analytics to track impact of creative content and growth of customer community.

Responsible for integrated content creation for MAF Lifestyle business ensuring MAF Fashion and respective brand standards are met at all times.
Full responsibility for the quality and content of the Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle brands websites, ensuring the site is up-to-date, liaising with approved third-party suppliers where necessary.
Maintain brand consistency and quality while facilitating the flow and publication of information on omni-channels including websites, apps and social media.
Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
Work with the Merchandising teams to define and optimize the web merchandising operations calendar.
Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics and use the findings to business advantage and enhanced customer contact.
Optimize content according to SEO.
Research design of UI and UX for omnichannel and concepts to develop and disseminate content to secure competitor advantage.
Strategic Planning of the Content flat plan calendar based on business objectives
Execution capabilities including copywriting for onsite banners
Experience dealing with fashion and understands Fashion Lingo
Ability to proactively adapt content based on performance insights
Creativity and ideation in coming up with Original stories for HP components and shoots
Ability to adapt to Luxury TOV and understands luxury brand guidelines
Be the brand custodian, protecting brand standards and following brand guidelines.
Ensure compliance of all content published with relevant regional laws like copyright and data protection.
Comply with budget directives from the Director of Online Trade.
Data mining/performance analysis for weekly & monthly reporting. Knowledge of GA and other data mining tools
Improving conversion and click thru rates by adapting content based on performance insights
Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across brands and functions to establish a keen understanding and support projection of the brands.
