Division: Fabrication & Process Skid Packages
Job Description:
• Preparing and Submitting Techno-Commercial Offer to Clients
• Business Development Skills in MENA region with strong Technical expertise on fabrication Projects (Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchangers, Piping Spools, Base Frames & Tanks, Structural work)
• Experience of EPC Process Skid Packages will be an added advantage (mainly Chemical Injection & Electro chlorination Skids)
• Lead generation based on experience of working with Oil & Gas Industries & EPC Contractors
• Prepare tender Document & Bidding for Project Enquiries for EPC Contractors for Ongoing Projects as well for the Budgetary Tendering for New and Existing Product/Packages
• Work with Monthly KRA for Sales Target achievement
• Reporting day to day activity to Business Unit Head
• Guide PQ/Cost Estimation Engineer for day to day activities
Tasks:
• Bidding for complete assigned/New product Range in assigned Projects Regular Interaction with Manufacturers/Contractors/Consultant to convert Bids into Orders
• On time Submission of Bid Documents as well as Tenders
• Projects: Handling Engineering Consultant, Contractors, Project Information and Marketing activity
• Commercial and Technical Query reply to End user as well EPC
• Product presentation Preparation and other business development activity on case to Basis to Enlist Product in AVL with help of team.
• Close Follow up with End User/Customers for the Bids Post Submission of Documents.
• Generate additional Sales with PQ/Bidding with help of team.
• Look for new Manufacturers in India as well International Market to Qualify in Various PQ Categories of AVL and enlist in Approved Vendor List (AVL)
• Attend Training with PQ team for new Products and generate Sales Leads in Project
