• Minimum 5 year of relevant experience
• Good communication skills verbal and written in English
• Maintain productive business relationships with new and existing correspondent banks
• Responding to customer inquiries and concern in a professional manner while offering comprehensive solution
• Monitor rejected transaction by the bank and education the branch staff to prevent re occurrence of such error
• Confirm credit of daily trade deals for all the banks and inform the concerned team member accordingly
• Track transaction amendments, cancellation, refunds, request and execute the provided instruction on time
• Follow up with the assigned banks to ensure that the transaction cycle is completed
