Represent and increase the sales and profitability for Industrial UPS, Battery Charger, Inverter, and customized solutions for power backup systems to new and existing accounts in UAE region.
Creating and implementing a sales development plan in line with the company’s product range and targets.
Visiting the existing and new/potential customers and collect information about on-going and up-coming projects.
Generating new leads and follow-ups for new Enquiries/Tenders from the customers.
Creating a network of companies’ and people from EPCs and End Users who are in critical position and decision-making members of the organization.
Making site visits and reading the customer specifications before transmitting the technical specifications and the RFQ of the project to the OEM project team who in charge of costing the solution
Submitting the last commercial offer including the total content of technical offer, the project planning, the logistics services, the documentation, the contractual conditions, and the after-sales services.
Registration of the OEM brand to the End Users by managing the whole qualification process from start to end.
Establishing the sales forecasts (monthly and yearly), reporting the activities and offers for customer follow-up
Participate to the acceptance of the project on site along with commissioning team with the representatives of the customers.
Reporting the monthly, quarterly sales targets per customer, in order to achieve the agreed budget.
Get information about local market and competitors’ actions for the company in order to have proper business planning to increase our sales in the territory.
Participate actively in all the trade exhibitions, conferences, and sales meetings.
Follow up overdue payments.
Ensuring that all the sales targets are met.
المهارات
Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
At least 5 years of commercial experience in industrial projects with a network consisting of EPCs and End Users.
Results driven, problem solver for various technical and commercial issues.
Ability to work with OEM project team which is in another country through emails and phone.
Ability to finalize the offers with orders and skills in commercial negotiation with customers.
Fluent English required both orally and in writing
Computer skills for office work
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Problem Solving and Customer focused.
