Production Planning Coordinator

We are looking for Production Planning Coordinator (PPC) for Dubai corporate office.
Preference with IE background and central planning experience.
The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in a reputed Garment Manufacturing & Export units.
Job Duties:
• Following up with merchandisers on order allocations, sharing the same with the Central Office Planner and allocating the orders to the factories.
• Maintaining an order capacity chart.
• Alerting the merchandisers on the open capacity / early PCD requirements.
• Following up on TNA
• Following up with factories on a daily / weekly basis regarding updated load plans based on the actual production status.
• Reviewing the load plans and alerting on delivery concerns if any.
• Co-coordinating with the QA Team / 3rd Party for Inspection booking.
• Co-coordinating with the logistic team for shipment booking and container load plan
• Updating the production reports and circulating to respective buyers.
• Following up with the factories on PCD alert and the daily production.
• Following up and closing monthly projections of factories.
• CM finalization of orders based on the OB from Central Office IE.
• Updating SAM details and CM details in the system.
• Preparing CM job contract.
• Updating final CM to the merchandisers and Central Office.
• Finalizing & closing the Monthly sales projections.
• Fabric and trims reconciliation on order completion.
• IE background would be preferred along with high level of MS office Excel / PPT expertise.
