Hiring Senior Researcher.
Specifically, the researcher will work on the following topics:
Scalable fabrication and process development of semiconducting materials (perovskite top cell and its integration to tandem) using vapor deposition routes such as evaporation, sputtering, PVD, CVD and ALD.
Basic Qualifications
• PhD in in a relevant discipline area, such as Physics, Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or Material Science relevant to Solar Cells.
• Minimum 5 (five) years of experience with thin-film semiconductor fabrication and characterization (Priority: Experience in Thermal evaporator, CVD, ALD, Sputter, Spin Coater).
