We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager
Industry: Consumer Electronics
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
• Train staff on new guidelines, able to extract and evaluate large datasets from SCM systems, and translate results into insight-based recommendations to facilitate strategically decisions.
• Building Excel Tools and standard templates for enhancement of SCM operation
• Serve as a liaison between the Sales & Product management team and upper management
• Communicate closely with UAE and GCC sales managers to deliver useful information in achieving set objectives (Weekly Sales Progress, M/Q Demand, Shortage Review, KPIs, Action Items, Review week-over-week forecast changes)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 6-8 years of related industry or strategy experience is required.
• Prior experience in forecasting/demand planning/CPFR management
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams across divisions (Sales, Product Management, Logistic, HQ, Innovation)
• Demonstrate competency in both oral and written communication modes for internal and external personnel at all levels.
