Responsibility
Handle the employees Lifecycle stages from Recruiting to Exit and Final settlement. Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the Company’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.

• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Performance Appraisal
• Training, Learning and Development
• Employee Relations
• General Administration
