• Minimum 5 years of experience In estimation
• Must be aware of contractual terms with clients
• Will manage the contractual procedure with clients including claims and variation
• Preparing cost estimates
• Experience in preparing BOQs and taking of quantities
• Good time management and meeting deadlines
• Experience in pricing offers and assisting in preparing proposal
• Advise on cost saving when required
• Overall good knowledge in mechanical and electrical supplies
