Senior HR Executive Specialist
Leading Media & Communications Company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE is looking for qualified and experienced HR Executive to join immediately. Philippines National Preferred.
Responsibilities
• Support the HR Manager in selection & recruitment (70% of the role will be agency hiring).
• Employee engagement/performance management (30 %).
• Provide timely and accurate information to the management on areas concerning human resources.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Degree/Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a similar capacity in the corporate sector.
• Soft Skills Requirement
• Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Should be self-motivated
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to meet deadlines
