We are hiring for an Operations Manager to manage warehouse operations and Last Mile Delivery to guarantee that all incoming and departing shipments are processed on time. Prepare schedules for Warehouse Associates/Operators, Drivers, and others. Training new personnel and ensuring that safety requirements are met.
Qualifications and skills required:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management or similar area.
• Four or more years of proven UAE operations management experience
• Background in management, operations, and leadership.
• Excellent delegation skills while keeping organizational control over business operations and customer service.
• Knowledge of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, cost control and cash-flow supervision.
• Excellent management communication & reporting skills.
• Strong foundation in high volume operational setup; particularly in E-commerce, FBA, Logistics, and Courier)
• Substantial understanding of financial management.
• Rich experience & understanding in courier system
• Solving problems and dealing with difficult and challenging situations
