We are looking for a talented, passionate and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in our Dubai Office.
You will support the team by working closely with hiring managers to effectively implement our recruitment strategies and ensure that we are hiring top talent and cultural adds, allowing us to exceed our business goals.
You must be good at building positive working relationships, be an excellent communicator and have overall knowledge of the recruitment and selection process.
Since we are an extremely diversified family-owned business, with almost 10-12 different business activities in the GCC, we would prefer a candidate that has either worked with a similar establishment, or has worked on recruiting professionals from multiple industries.
