Hiring Fire Protection Engineer
Full Job Description:
• Preparation of MEP Drawings (Fire Protection, Plumbing & HVAC)
• Preparation of Cost Estimation for MEP Works (Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC) and Pricing, Rate Buildup of Materials, Labor, Plants, and other misc.
• Preparation of tender documentation queries to consultants/clients to confirm and collect any missing data.
• Attend technical meetings with the contractor and weekly progress meetings if required by the construction manager.
• Invite the Quotation from Subcontractor/Supplier, Negotiation and Comparison, ability to prepare pre-contract & tender activity.
• Maintenance and update of Approved Subcontractor/Supplier database.
• Corresponding with Consultants/Authorities regarding the specification/technical and BOQ any difference to tender requirements and raising queries for clarification.
• Coordination with planning, procurement, finance, and administration cell for necessary documents required for the submission.
• Preparation of tender pre-qualification item, List of Sub Contractor/Supplier, Cash Flow Chart, Machinery.
• Salary: From AED3,500.00 per month
• Qualification Required:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience:
• Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm Designing: 3 years (Required)
• License/Certification:
• UAE DRIVING (Preferred)
• Expected Start Date: Immediate Requirement.
